The hotel is very wonderful in all aspects. The cleanliness of the rooms and all the staff, especially Francesca C , the receptionist, are very courteous and help the guests beautifully and wonderfully.

One of the best and best. Location, facilities and service are outstanding. Valet service is very good and includes in the room fair with no extra charge. Reception staff are very dedicated and helpful.

Lido Palace truly exceeded all my expectations — it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were celebrating or wedding that occured end of July, and not only did they help me plan a beautiful wine tasting, but they also arranged a thoughtful surprise gift in our room and even upgraded us, which made the occasion even more special. As a certified assistance dog owner, I also want to highlight how welcoming they were toward our little dog, Paris (2kg). She was treated with such care and kindness, which meant the world to us. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. I especially appreciated the availability of plant-based milk. I would have loved to see a bit more variety in dairy-free products, but everything was still of very high quality. Big shoutout to the amazing chefs making fresh omelets to order — such a treat! We also really enjoyed the dinner and variety of wines they offer5ed. Also, let’s be honest, this is the best location in Garda, full stop. Stunning surroundings, close to everything, and views that take your breath away. And a very special thank you to Claudia at the front desk — what an angel! She went out of her way to help us with every detail and truly made our stay so amazing. We’re very grateful. Everything from the service to the setting was exceptional. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Lido Palace, for making our celebration so memorable.

Our room was absolutely fantastic. We were in a top floor suite with absolutely amazing views of the lake and mountains. Lido Palace far exceeded our expectations! It was our most favorite place we stayed during our 2 week visit to Italy!

Immaculate property, professional service, very quiet room with a view, excellent breakfast, nice big and clean spa with a wide choice of saunas and a warm indoor pool, tasty good-bye gift! Bonus: they are dog-friendly! 🐶🐕 We enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

Loved this hotel, beautiful territory, delicious restaurant, great views during breakfast, very helpful staff, two pools, both heated. It was a very pleasant stay. Loved the location, very close to the old center but a quiet area.

Lido Palace is one of those places that make you feel special. We booked the panoramic suite which had a breathtaking view of the mountains surrounding Lake Garda. It was not cheap, but it was definitely worth the money. It was our honeymoon and the hotel greeted us with white roses, chocolates, candles and a handwritten personalised message from the general manager, all arranged pretty nicely in our suite. The staff was also incredibly friendly and kind, especially Danielle who received us and tended to our every need. The room was also equipped with all the amenities and facilities one could possibly think of.
